Drinking water with every meal? Scheduling workouts in your calendar and being committed ( no excuses)? We need to be consistent to reach our goals! My daily change is going to be chopping fruit and vegetables the minute I get home from the store. This will provide daily, quick and healthy snacks for the family and myself .
