Small changes equal big results.

What’s one small thing you can do daily?  How about eating breakfast daily?
Drinking  water with every meal?  Scheduling workouts in your calendar and being committed ( no excuses)?  We need to be consistent to reach our goals!  My daily change is going to be chopping  fruit and vegetables the minute I get home from the store.  This will provide daily, quick and healthy snacks for the family and myself .  What small change can you make to your daily routine?
